The Accommodation

Main Accomodation Details The accommodation is light and spacious with a 'wall of glass' to the front of the building, capturing the fantastic, uninterrupted views to the ruins of Berry Pomeroy Castle and the horizon beyond.

The Orangery sleeps two people in an open plan studio space. The kitchen is separate and you have the option of eating inside or out on the deck that projects from the property and into the secluded garden. Well mannered pets are welcome, though at an extra charge. Changeover day is Saturday. The Orangery is smoke free.

Main Features

Lounge:
The lounge area is furnished with sofa, nest of tables, dining table and 2 chairs. There is a 26” LCD TV, DVD player, Digital radio, and Broadband provided (hardwire or wireless: apologies not very fast due to remote location: download limit), mobile reception generally good. Heating consists of a supply of dry logs for the wood burner plus electric heating.

Sleeping:
Blackout blinds to windows, King size bed with 4 pillows, 4-seasons duvet and cotton bed linen provided, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and seat.

Kitchen and dining:
The kitchen is separate from the studio area and is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, tea towels and dish clothes. A dining table and 2 chairs is provided in the living area whilst outside on the deck there is a patio table and 4 chairs, umbrella, 2 loungers, gas barbecue. Beyond the kitchen there is hanging and shelving space for clothes plus general storage for cases.

Shower:
Electric shower, wc, hand-basin, heated towel rail, shaver point, mirror and shelves: 2 bath-sheets, hand towels and flannels are provided.

Linen:
Bed linen, 2 bath-sheets, 2 hand towels, 2 flannels, tea towels and dish clothes are provided. Use of a washing machine and tumble dryer is available.
