Booking Information

Telephone Bookings - It is easier and quicker to book by telephone. This way, you can be assured that The Orangery is available. The number to call is 07779130033. Once agreed, we will email you a Booking Form and then provisionally hold your booking for 5 days to allow time for you to complete and return it with the initial deposit. The full amount will be due if you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday.

On receipt of the deposit we will email a Booking Confirmation and travel instructions.  Please note the date when payment of the balance is due; this is 8 weeks before your arrival date.

If you do not have access to email we will be happy to use the postal system, in which case we will provisionally hold your booking for 7 days.

Arrival and Departure - Arrival and departure day is Saturday.

The Orangery will be ready for you to take over at any time after 3.30pm at the start of your holiday. Please try not to arrive early, as time is needed to thoroughly clean and check all is satisfactory for your visit. For the same reason, please note that you should leave by 10.00am on departure day. Because only a limited period is available in which to clean The Orangery, we ask that you leave it and its contents clean and tidy.

Mini Breaks - The Orangery is available throughout the year and, with so much to enjoy in the area – the lovely walks, coast and countryside, all of which have a different look for every season - it’s the perfect place for an out-of-season escape or a mini-break.  And no matter what the weather, the log burner will keep you cosy and warm. Mini-breaks are usually during the period from Autumn to Spring but may be available at other times. Ordinarily we offer Friday to Sunday nights and Monday to Thursday nights but we may be able to be more flexible, subject to a minimum booking for 3 nights.  Please telephone to check availability
